Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (change of mind, etc.), return shipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 7–14 business days for processing.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
